About The Garden Party Leeds:
The Garden Party is an electronic music festival occurring during the May Bank Holiday. With an outdoor festival space, it is incredibly accessible as it’s just a ten-minute walk from Leeds train station. Around 5,000 people attended the festival in 2022 and is expected to increase in 2023. The festival has many different Dj’s throughout the 3 day period. 12 members of staff were involved over the weekend festival ensuring sufficient staffing for every encounter.
What we did:
Onsite, the team carried out a variety of tasks such as;
- Waste Management,
- Litter Picking
- Road Sweeping of the surrounding areas
- Jet Washing of the ground.
Summary:
Pre-production starts a week ahead of the festival, we access the site and do a thorough deep cleanse, with a needle search of the area.
As the production team build the venue and the areas we support with cleansing and removal of waste.
Litter is removed from the site efficiently to ensure quality sanitation levels.
Our road sweeper is used to clean both inside the venue and outside the surrounding areas ensuring the area is is maintained to a sufficient sanitation level across the site.
