About Event City:
4-30 ideal staff attended each event, depending on the size of the different events that took place in the venue. The event time varied from 2 days- 2 months, dependent on the event itself.

- Silcocks Winter Wonderland – a month long event for children and families with fairground rides, entertainments, circus performers and food and beverage stalls.

What we did:
Soft FM services were carried out during each event.
These were but not limited to:
- Site Cleaning
- Floor Scrubbing
- Waste Management
- Carpet Cleaning
- Toilet Attending
Summary:
As a result of these duties being carried out, the venue maintained high quality hygiene levels to ensure attendees of each event were satisfied with all aspects of the venue itself, contributing to their enjoyment of the event. Management of Event city were pleased with the venue’s sanitation, which built a great rapport between ideal and the Event City team.
Although Event City closed in early 2022 the ideal team has remained in contact with staff members from Event City, in case our services are required for future endeavours.
