Cleaning St Williams Catholic Primary School

We have been working with schools throughout the North West to complete regular school cleaning. Here’s Janette Gaskell, School Business Manager at St William’s Catholic Primary School, Wigan who first engaged with our services during the first lockdown:
“We first used the services of Ideal during the first COVID lockdown. As we are a primary school, we wanted a deep clean of the school to minimise the risk of spreading the coronavirus amongst children and staff. Our current provider was too expensive so we asked Ideal for a quote.
The staff who attended the site to undertake the deep clean were very professional and friendly.
On arrival at school after the deep clean, the first thing we noticed was how clean and fresh the school smelt. The whole school was spotless and we were very impressed.
Later on in the year, we had an emergency at school whereby some of the carpets had been saturated with drain water. I contacted Ideal and they responded immediately, sourcing a water extraction and cleaning machine. They were on-site within the hour and the school was fine to reopen the following morning with clean carpets. Excellent service and professionalism as always.
As part of our COVID reopening, schools were advised to provide additional cleaning during the school day. Our current provider was unable to accommodate our request, so we contacted Ideal.
The quote was very competitive and as we were familiar with the company, we decided to use their services for lunchtime cleaning. We still use them today. The service is efficient and professional. The cleaner works hard to ensure all tasks are completed and that the toilets and touchpoints in school are clean.
We are hoping Ideal can provide all our cleaning services once the contract with our current provider finishes.
