We are looking to grow the team by adding a  Social Media | Digital Marketing executive. They will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring ideal’s presence across multiple social media platforms. Their duties encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, project management, customer service, networking and content creation.

Working from our head office in Warrington, reporting into the Managing Director and Marketing Manager your duties and responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
  • Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Create the branded images, icons and graphics within Canva or in-design software.
  • Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management team.
  • Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand, bringing new ideas and a fresh look to the brand
  • Update the website on a monthly basis with fresh content and blogs that will be created and written to support the marketing campaigns.
  • Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
  • Look for similar brands and related businesses to interact and engage within across all social media platforms
  • Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy
  • Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  • Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
